เมื่อวันที่ 6 มิ.ย. นางสาวศุภมาส อิศรภักดี รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) เป็นประธานการประชุมพร้อมกล่าวปาฐกถาในงาน 2024 BIIA Biennial Conference เพื่อส่งเสริมความแข็งแกร่งด้านนวัตกรรมและธุรกิจ รวมถึงสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลโดยมีอุตสาหกรรมข้อมูลเป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนให้องค์กรเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน จัดโดย สมาคม Business Information Industry Association ประจำเอเชียแปซิฟิก-ตะวันออกกลาง (BIIA) ณ โรงแรมโอกุระ เพรจทีจ กรุงเทพฯ
โดยบริษัท บิซิเนส ออนไลน์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้เข้าร่วมบรรยายโดย คุณมีนา อิงค์ธเนศ Chief Operating Officer ในหัวข้อ Technology and its role in Data Management and Risk Decisioning แนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรม ภัยคุกคามและการปรับตัว
และคุณภูมิ ขอจิตต์เมตต์ product consultant manager ในหัวข้อ The role of the information industry in an era of technological and regulatory change บทบาทของเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการข้อมูลและการตัดสินใจความเสี่ยงสำหรับทั้งผู้บริโภคและ SMEs
ในงาน นางสาวศุภมาส รมต.กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษาฯ กล่าวว่า ความมุ่งมั่นของอุตสาหกรรมข้อมูลธุรกิจในการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี ข้อมูล และการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนนั้น สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและทิศทางของกระทรวง อว.และรัฐบาลไทย จะเห็นได้ว่าเทคโนโลยีได้เปลี่ยนแปลงโลกอย่างมากในทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EVs) ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) การเกษตรอัจฉริยะ เทคโนโลยีอวกาศ และการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน กระทรวง อว. เป็นผู้นำในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี ละนวัตกรรมของประเทศ เราได้เปิดตัวโครงการ "อว. For EV (MHESI for EV)" และ "อว. For AI (MHESI for AI)" เพื่อผลักดันนโยบายระดับชาติด้าน EVs และ AI ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีความสามารถในการแข่งขันมากขึ้น
“ขณะเดียวกัน การศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเป็นอีกหนึ่งปัจจัยที่สำคัญต่อการพัฒนาของประเทศ กระทรวง อว.ได้จัดทำโครงการต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนนักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีใครถูกทิ้งไว้ข้างหลัง และทุกคนมีโอกาสได้รับการศึกษาและเข้าถึงการศึกษาอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน เพื่อการพัฒนากำลังคนคุณภาพให้กับประเทศ ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้ก็เพื่อสนับสนุนและสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับทุกภาคส่วนในสังคมไทย เพื่อการนำพาประเทศสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป” นางสาวศุภมาส กล่าว
